Rubber Foam
Century Creation’s rubber foam uses high-quality synthetic rubber as the core base material, compounded with various functional additives including imported compound flame retardants, foaming agents, crosslinkers, softeners and reinforcing fillers. The raw materials go through intensive mixing and precise pre-processing, then are transferred to foaming molds for two-step molding. We adopt synchronous vulcanization & foaming molding technology in production, which guarantees even thermal decomposition of foaming agents and forms a stable, compact closed-cell foam structure. After molding, the material undergoes three-stage post-vulcanization curing to fully remove residual odor, refine cell structure, and greatly improve heat shrinkage resistance. Its quality and all-round performance greatly outperform conventional rubber sponge products.

Characteristics of Rubber Foam
CR Series : Low-halogen Flame Retardant Rubber Foam
This series features exclusive low-halogen flame-retardant properties, offering exceptional flame retardancy and outstanding stability. It achieves UL 94V-0 rating at an ultra-thin thickness of just 0.5 mm, with consistent performance across the entire sheet—no localized deviations in flame retardancy. The material is free from pinhole defects, ensuring reliable and uniform flame-retardant effects. The product exhibits excellent thermal and weather resistance: after 72 hours at a constant 120 °C, the thermal shrinkage rate is ≤3 %, demonstrating strong resistance to high-temperature deformation; after 72 hours at –30 °C, no cracking or abnormality appears on the surface. It also possesses superior overall physical properties: lightweight yet durable, with high toughness, excellent cushioning, compression resistance, and resilience—resistant to breakage and deformation. Additionally, it provides effective thermal insulation, oil resistance, abrasion resistance, low water absorption, outstanding electrical insulation, and excellent air-tightness, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding operating conditions.
