Rubber Foam

       Century Creation’s rubber foam uses high-quality synthetic rubber as the core base material, compounded with various functional additives  including imported compound flame retardants, foaming agents, crosslinkers, softeners and reinforcing fillers. The raw materials go through intensive  mixing and precise pre-processing, then are transferred to foaming molds for two-step molding. We adopt synchronous vulcanization & foaming molding technology in production, which guarantees even thermal decomposition of foaming agents and forms a stable, compact closed-cell foam structure. After  molding, the material undergoes three-stage post-vulcanization curing to fully remove residual odor, refine cell structure, and greatly improve heat  shrinkage resistance. Its quality and all-round performance greatly outperform conventional rubber sponge products.

EP Series : Low-sulfur Low-halogen Low-VOC Flame Retardant Rubber Foam

        This series is an environmentally friendly, multifunctional flame-retardant product line that simultaneously meets three key environmental criteria—low sulfur, low halogen, and low VOC—making it ideal for high-end, eco-conscious equipment applications. The flame-retardant rating is consistently graded: at 1 mm thickness, it achieves UL 94V‑2; at ≥3 mm thickness, it attains UL 94V‑0. The material is free from pinhole defects, ensuring stable and uniform flame retardancy. For thermal and weather resistance, after 72 hours at a constant 150 °C, the thermal shrinkage rate is ≤6 %, and after 72 hours at –40 °C, no cracking or abnormality appears on the surface.  The material also offers outstanding resistance to ozone, UV radiation, weathering, and aging. Regarding its physical properties, it is lightweight and durable, with excellent toughness, outstanding thermal insulation, low water absorption, exceptional electrical insulation, and good cushioning and shock cushioning, as well as effective compression resistance.
